Captain Brian Teufel brings decades of expertise to every trip, specializing in backwater and near-shore shark fishing across Naples, Marco Island, and Goodland waters. Choose from flexible half-day, night, and 3/4-day trips, with custom options for shark fishing, backwater adventures, shelling excursions, and eco-tours. All trips require a 4-hour minimum.

You will have the opportunity to catch a variety of shark species:  Blacktip, Sharpnose, Lemon, Hammerhead, Tiger and more. You will be close to the action in his 21 foot Hewes Redfisher. You will also enjoy the opportunity of beautiful sunsets and waterfront sight seeing on your trip. Captain Brian Teufel has all the necessary equipment to make your trip successful and fun. We take lots of digital pictures for you so you can show off your trip and your catch to your friends and family. We also do evening/night trips for more productive action.

Shark Chaser Charters is involved in the proactive conservation of Florida’s fisheries and practices the tagging of sharks for release. You are more than welcome to keep your catch, in accordance with Florida regulations, but catch and release is encouraged. Cleaning service is provided at no extra charge. We do catch but do not keep sharks over 3 1/2 foot long as they are our breeding stock.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO GO?

The best time to go shark fishing is when the water is warm. Therefore I fish year around but March to January is primed for the best fishing results. This way I know I will not disappoint.
